Suggest Medication For Blood In Stools With Pain And Inflamation

before 10days back i saw blood in stools bright red colour for two days along with itching ,pain, inflamation.i continued
to have more water consumption ,fibre diet etc for this ten days.but iam feeling like a pain during contraction and relaxation of anus.during defecating iam not feeling problem but after that feeling soaring pain for 1hr.should i consult dr.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The most common cause of blood in stools is gastrointestinal tract infection.
However, since you are complaining of pain during defecation which continues for one hour, it is likely that you are suffering from some anal problem.
Piles or hemorrhoids is most probable possibility.
Piles are caused by engorgement of ano-rectal veins with blood.
The veins thrombose, ulcerate, prolapse and pain.
This explains the bleeding and pain.
You need to consult a surgeon for clinical examination and management.
The management is conservative initially followed by surgery.
