Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is very likely Isoniazid induced peripheral neuropathy.

Rifafour medicine consists of the combination of Rifampicin and Isoniazid.

Isoniazid is known to cause peripheral neuropathy. It mostly affects lower extremities.

For the prevention of peripheral neuropathy, vitamin B6 is given in high-risk patients (malnourished, alcoholic or diabetic patients) who are taking Isoniazid.

Isoniazid-induced peripheral neuropathy can be treated with medicines which consist of Vitamin B6 in combination with tricyclic antidepressants (amitriptyline) or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.

Please, visit your Doctor for the prescription of these medicines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Malik Amonov
