As per your complain Acne Vulgaris or Pimples can occur due to a number of causes like Oily skin, hormonal imbalances, clogged pores, bacterial infection, inflammation and excessive sun exposure.. In your case it seems like to be due to oily skin which can also lead to infection.. So the treatment should be composed of antibiotic+anti-acne medicines.. You can wash your face with salicylic acid containing facewash atleast 2 to 3 times a day and if you want to lubricate apply aloevera gel and not any cosmetic cream.. You can apply Clindamycin gel and benzoyl peoxide gel combination.. Apply adapelene gel at night. Do cool compresses and take a multivitamin tablet daily.. Exfoliate your skin twice a week and try your best to keep the skin dry.. If still it dos not resolve you will have to take oral antibiotics and retinoids like Isotretinoin under supervision of Dermatologist and also you can go for in-office treatments like Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..
