Suggest Management Of IBS

I have ibs constipation last 7years. I have done endroscopy, colonoscopy, usg. but dr. got nathing, they have told me that i have ibs. Every day I take drug librax, tegon-6, laxetive Igol three teespoonful. I have take medicine of high pressure, cholesterol and veltum 0.4 for enlarged prosted. Last month my bowel is not clearing I have asome time pain left abdomen. What to to? Tapan Guha.
