Suggest Management For A Stroke With Paralysis

my father had a stroke 1 year ago. given thrombolytic. now the left side is paralysed. can you suggest a better treatment. he is 72yrs. and will not allow physiotherapy due to pain. we are from kerala, some memmory loss is also there. he can sit on with support.

paralytic people the main stay of treatment is physiotherapy and medication.
it is better if he could start on physiotherapy but if he s not doing then at least bed to chair mobilization.
Prevent bed sores and maintain proper toilet hygiene.
Nutrition is also very important.
