Hi,

Tinnitus can be a frustrating condition to deal with, and it's important to understand that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. However, here are some home remedies that may help alleviate your symptoms:
* Manage your stress levels: High levels of stress can exacerbate tinnitus symptoms. Try relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or yoga to help manage stress.
* Avoid loud noises: Exposure to loud noises can make tinnitus worse, so it's important to protect your ears from loud sounds. Use earplugs or noise-canceling headphones when in loud environments.
* Get enough sleep: Lack of sleep can worsen tinnitus symptoms. Make sure to get enough restful sleep each night.
* Reduce caffeine and alcohol intake: Caffeine and alcohol can increase blood flow, which can worsen tinnitus symptoms. Reduce your intake of these substances to see if it helps.
* Try sound therapy: Some people find that listening to white noise or other soothing sounds can help mask the sound of tinnitus. You can try using a white noise machine or listening to calming music.
* Stay active: Regular exercise can help improve blood flow and reduce stress levels, which can improve tinnitus symptoms.
* Avoid smoking: Smoking can cause tinnitus and make it worse. If you smoke, consider quitting.

It's important to note that home remedies may not work for everyone, and it's always a good idea to consult with your doctor before trying any new treatments. They may be able to provide additional guidance and treatment options that can help alleviate your symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

You are suffering from tinnitus since 7-8 months. You are suggested to make sure you do not have any wax embedded in your auditory canal. If there is wax, you can apply Otorex ear drops that will help it to dissolve and come out. 2-3 drops in the affected ear at least 3 times daily. Wipe with a soft cotton cloth. Be gentle with yourself. Do not use tooth picks or any sharp objects.

You should avoid exposure to loud noises/sound. You can wear masking devices, it will help produce a continuous, low-level white noise that suppresses tinnitus symptoms. Noise suppression is helpful. If persistent tinnitus causes noise-induced or age-related hearing loss, use of hearing aids may help improve your symptoms.

You can get connected to a Physical therapist or an audiologist. TMT, Tinnitus retraining therapy and CBC, cognitive behavioral therapy are helpful. In case of problems with the blood vessels or some neurological problems, you are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT, you will be referred to a neurologist. Get all required blood tests and imaging tests done. Get treated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
