Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Bad Breath can be due to:
1. Dental caries.
2. Gastro esophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Pan D is going to help you if this is due to GERD.
I would advise you to get a dental check up done.
Also i advise you to
1. Gargle twice a day with Chlorohexidine mouth mash.
2. Brush your teeth twice a day.
3. Rinse mouth after food.

This is my personal opinion for you based on available details. If you have any further query please ask me.
