Suggest Dosage For These Acne Medicines

i was suffering from acne problem consulted doctor given three medicines to apply named benzoyl peroxide gel,miltan dr. redyy,clindamycin phosphate gel usp,but i forgot what times i have to apply these three i mean which one in the morning afternoon as well in the evening.Please suggest me?

Hello..

I can understand your concern for acne treatment. Your doctor suggested three preparations for the lesions... I would like to guide you as follow..

1) benzoyl peroxide gel.. Apply at night on the acne lesions
2) clindamycine gel apply in morn on the acne lesions
3) niltan cream..it is a depigmenting cream, it may be applied on black spots of healed lesions of acne twice a day

Along with this, I would like to suggest to take antibiotic like minocycline 50 mg once a day in the morning and zinc tab at night. Cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash like acmed facewash.

And you should avoid stress and anxiety. Avoid oily food. Have good sleep. I assure you that you might get good result in few months.
