Suggest Diet To Increase The Body Mass In A 17 Year Old

Hi, i'm a 17 year old boy and i'm extremely thin, i eat a lot but no changes have occured, i can't use a wrist watch to fit and i'm scared of being this way forever, people think i've got HIV/AIDS, but i'm healthy but i don't look it. Please what's wrong with me? I'll do anything.

Everyone of us have different tipe of metabolism. In your age is normal to be thin. But if you have to increase your weight you have to start an physical activity.
Making an regular physical activity each day or at least 3 time a week not only will increase your muscles mass but will increase even your appetite.
So start an physical activity with an personal Trainer wich will guide you to eat in a healthy way.
