What Causes UTI After Anal Sex?

Hi, almost 2 weeks ago I had unprotected anal sex with a man, it was my first time, He said he was disease free and HIV negative, the next day I developed a UTI infection do to not showering afterwards. He said he was HIV negative...Am I at risk???? Some please help me! I m scared to death.

Hello,

I think the UTI infection you deleted recently is not related to probably HIV positive anal intercourse.
It can be related to intercourse but not especially HIV.
I think you should get tested for STD since you had risky intercourse.
Also, do urine analysis and uroculture to check for infection and find right antibiotic which works on you.
