Suggest Diet To Follow To Lose Weight

hello iam 21 year old girl and my weight is 75 kg . iam over weight as my height is 5.4 inch and i tried dieting also for a month and started starving to control my weight so that it could reduce but it reduced to just 73kg for some time but then it again started increasing . can you please recommend me some good eating habbits and food without fat so that i could control my hunger and get thin also at the same time . thankyou

As per the data, you are certainly over weight. Staying hungry will not control it,even it will ruin health. Best measures to be followed are:
1. Stay active. Sedentary lifestyle helps to increase weight.
2. Exercise, swimming, running, aerobics and yoga do help. Choose among these as per your liking.
3. Make a chart of your diet. Curtail high calories and high carbohydrates. Add more proteins and fibre, green leafy vegetables.
4. Take low fat diet, but use almond and nuts. They help to increase good cholesterol as HDL.
5. Get thyroid profile and lipid profile done, if any variations are found must be treated with the help of your physician.
