Suggest Diet Plans For Patient With Blood Urea 90

my father is 72 yrs old hs blood urea is 90 creatinine serurm is 2.6 his sugar is 125/250 bp is 70/140 doctors have told him to go for low protein diet or else he will have to go for diayalisis pls tell how serious is the disease and what should be his diet.....his heigth is 5/10 weight is 70 his legs also pains alot

The given report are suggestive of renal disease and this need to be treated properly because this could be serious one, looking to the creatinine value the condition need to be take care, for the diet, salt restriction would be necessary, but in my opinion instead of diet, the value of creatinine would be of a more concern and this wont come down with diet, hope this information helps.
