I ve recently been diagnosed with Type 2. I m 69, female, and today is my first day of changing what I eat and starting to incorporate exercise in my routine. I also have a fatty liver and don t yet know the consequences diabetes has on that. I also learned I have a kidney stone.

Dear sir

Basically any diabetes patient with the history of kidney disease and fatty liver is to be treated with appropriate drugs as well as diet

The diet restrictions include low fat diet with diet rich in proteins needs to be avoided like pulses, meat, chicken egg white. Or else it should be taken in moderate quantity.

Secondly some of the nephrotoxic drugs needs to be avoided.

Statins should be started along with appropriate physical activity needs to be started accordingly.

Thanks
