Suggest Diet Plan To Lower High Cholesterol Level

Hi Doctor, i am 34 Yrs old male. My cholestrol levels shows high since last 6 months. evn after walking it was not coming down. so i started medicine in may and continued for two months and stopped. I was using 'Lipitor - 10Mg tab one/day. yesterday i went for a follow up check but still it is high. can you please advice me a good diet.

LDL is bad cholesterol – lower, the better / 100 is the aim.
Need Life style changes - weight to normal / No tobacco or alcohol / Diet and exercise
Repeat the test in 6 weeks… if still high, you need drugs (manufactured in the liver, determined by heredity.) Statin is the first choice. The dose of Lipitor is up to 80 mg.
