Hello. My daughter has super sized bowel movements that hurt two times a week. She is also lactose intolerant, but does not consume much if any lactose in her diet. This condition has been since birth, but she still suffers. How do we relieve her discomfort?

The underlying reason for super-sized bowel movement must be evaluated with the help of lab tests, CT scan of abdomen & pelvis, pediatric scope. Primary care with strict diet measures, regular exercises, probiotics will be fine.
