Such blisters can also be indicative of sexually transmitted diseases. Get STD tests done, get clinically examined by a urologist. If tests show positive reports for STD, you will be treated with antibiotics or antivirals. You can apply ointment acyclovir on the affected area. Avoid aggressive masturbation and stay away from any sexual activity for a couple of days.
