Suggest Cure For Migraine

Hello Doctor,

I am 31 year male. I have mitral regurgitation of moderate grade 3/4. I am suffering from migrain. As such I have no symptoms of heart valve problem i.e. I do not experience any chest pain or breathing problem. My physician is unable to tell me whether migrain is because of mitral valve prolapse or not. Further twice I have experienced bleeding while bowel wihout any pain. I am much worried now. Would you please tell me whether migrain and bleeding in bowel are the symptoms of MVP/MR 3/4?

Thanking you,
