Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have reactive hyperplasia of lymphnode. It us due to some infection in near area. So its immune response by body. Reactive hyperplasia itself has no complications. It will disappear after few days. But possibility of tuberculosis can not ruled out. You should investigate for tuberculosis also. Take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
