Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The ultrasound report you have mentioned shows multiple fibroids in the uterus, and ovarian cysts.Small fibroids usually do not interfere in fertility. Ovarian cysts can be benign or malignant, this has to be assessed by ultrasonographic characteristic of cysts and level of tumour marker CA-125 in blood.
The decision for surgery for the cysts should be taken after proper diagnosis.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
