I started having severe stabbing breast pain last night. Will notify my physician today.

I have six women in my family who had or have breast cancer including my mom, her mother,

two maternal aunts and two maternal cousins.



The specialisit I went to , who has moved, told me BRCA1 wasn't necessary and that

due to my mom and grandmother getting brest cancer after menopause he wasn't

concerned about the test being done.



I went back to my internist and will stay there. I just want another opinion on what the

sharp stabbing breast pain could be given my history.
