Suggest Better Method For Abortion

m 18 years old and am pregnant i got to know it by pregnancy detection test now many of them are telling to get it aborsion because if my parents get to know this them i will be finished please suggest me whether aborsion is safe or i should go with pills but i heard that when pills are taken then horrible pains n lot of bleeding and in some chances after few months there will be a chance of getting pregnant again so please do suggest me and help me out from this...plzzz.....

Understand your concern
Safe and effective method of abortion is mifeprostone plus misoprostol if done under medical surveillance.{mifepristone is follwed by misoprostol after 48 hour}. USG should be necessary before abortion to check intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age of pregnancy (use for up to 9 week of pregnancy), It should be used under observation of gynecologist to prevent complication. (consultant to gynecologist is confidential process).

Abortion pill cause bleeding (just more than period with clots and tissue) and cramps. Both are not horrible. It is tolerable with rest and analgesic.

There will be a no chance of getting pregnant again in successful abortion.
Do not use at home as chance of complication and failure is high.
Follow up after 7 days and at 14th day USG is necessary to confirm retain product.
