Hi there

Compression stocking are a good non invasive way to prevent further worsening of the varicosities.

Elevating your leg for atleast half an hour a day will help, including while you sleep.

Try taking half an aspirin a day and consider an anti histamine for the itchiness.

There are other invasive options for varicose veins:
1) Sclerosing therapy, a chemical is injected into the veins to close them.
2) Stripping of the veins surgically.

Hope this helps.
