Suggest A Remedy For Recurring Vertigo While On Medication For Asthma

I am having vertigo it appears to be associated with the movement of my head a certain way. I already take zyrtec and nasacort for maintenance of allergy induced asthma. I am not sure of the benefit of adding meclizine to help with nausea. Do you have any suggestions?

Vertigo is due disturbance in vestibular organ of inner ear due to infection, anemia, diabetes, thyroid disease.
All that you have to do is to take some home remedies.
1. take one glass of water and squeeze lemon in it or sprinkle lemon on salad and eat it.
2. Take coriander seeds half Tsf put it in water at night and strain it in morning also add half tsf sugar to it.
3. take strawberry and smash it in yogurt it will give you quick relief
4. Put ginger in tea and take it.
5. take plenty of water and have sound sleep at least 8 hours/24 hours
If problem still persist take Betaserc or betavert and Stematil tablets. Consult Otorhinolaryngologist for ears examination.
