Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

It is common to have weakness after prolonged fever. You suffered from typhoid and then developed loss of erection and you are also believing that penis size has decreased. Decrease in size of penis is not seen usually. Most likely the problem is psychological. Continue to take good nutrition and you will see improvement. If condition persist then consult a Psychiatrist.

Thanks
