Hi,

It seems that you may be having acne vulgaris with dark spots of healed lesions. You may continue both the cream to apply on lesions. Along with this, you start oral treatment. Take azithromycine 500 mg daily morning and isotretinoin 5 mg daily at night. After 3 months, reduce the dose of azithromycine 500 to three tabs per week, continue for 6 months, even though you get good result. You may continue isotretinoin in low dose. Cleanse the face with acmed face wash.

Acne is multifactorial disease. Avoid tension and worries. Restrict travelling.Have good sleep. Avoid milk, ghee and oily food.

Blck spots may be reduced by applying kojic acid containing cream. Glutathion tab may be taken.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
