Hi!Anil Kumar,
Welcome To HealthcareMagic forum,

Anil, this condition is called seborrheic folliculitis ,where in one gets pustules (danae) on scalp associated with or without itching.
Avoid using any hair oil for few months. Treatment consists of use of oral antibiotic with anti fungal lotions in combination with topical steroid lotion.Use this for few weeks ,if this doesn't help then you need to take oral retinoids .Retinoids are extremely good tablets for this but one need to get certain blood investigations done before taking this medicine and there are certain precautions too which your dermatologist would discuss with you.
Kindly let us know what treatment you have taken for this .

I hope this answers your query,if you have any more questions you can write back to us.

hi anil kumar
welcome to health care magic

The main cause of skin(scalp) boils is generally due to an infection of a hair follicle. This can occur for a number of different reasons.
you may need to visit a general health practitioner or homeopath to avoid complications. Your doctor will simply examine the affected area to confirm diagnosis and generally no other diagnostic tests are necessary. Skin boil treatment is generally simple and can be managed at home.
There are a number of homeopathic remedies that can be of great benefit for someone suffering with boils or carbuncles. Since immune deficiency is one of the top causes of this skin infection, naturally boosting the immune system is the first course of action for many people
Silicea, a homeopathic tissue salt, is very effective in helping the body to expel all foreign or toxic matter, including pus, and is frequently recommended in homeopathic dosage to quickly alleviate boils.
any ways homeo medicine differ from person to person so its better u visit near by homeopath to get rid of your suffering soon
bye
