Suffering From Headache For 2 Years. No Improvement After Medication. Treatment?


I have a headache problem for two years the pain PLEAE HELP ME
I have tried all the over the counter medication.I've tried massage but it doesn't help I've been to many doctors I don't know what to do as its really bad and uncomfortable. Please help me :'

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. If you were my patient I will rule out migraine first and if it is migraine I will definitely start prophylactic treatment with topiramate. For acute attacks you can take headset which will give better relief but long term use is contraindicated. Thank you.
