Suffering From Headache. Taking Paracetamol. Had Minor Car Accident. Any Ideas?

We are living in the middle east and my son has presented with a headache yesterday and its not shifting. I have ensured he is hydrated and this is not the cause, he has had paracetamol and this didn't work so I topped it with age appropriate ibuprofen according to his weight. Still today he has the headache. I have taken him to a darkened room to sleep for 2 hours and no improvement. No temperature or other symptoms are showing. He has no rashes and although his tonsils were removed 3 years ago his throat shows no sign of infections. Aside from having several ear problems and surgeries both ears are clear and no infection is present. My only idea now is that we were in a minor car accident on Friday afternoon less than 24 hrs prior to the onset of the headache but we were almost stationary waiting for a parking space and we were hit on the front passenger door furthermost from my son. He was still in his seat belt at the time of the impact and didn't hit anything as we were not hit hard. He has full movement of his neck and no sinus pain either... any ideas Please

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Based on your history it seems that your son had developed headache following a minor car accident .He had post traumatic headache it can be vascular or tension type requires further history for character of headache.Probably he had blunt injury He requires observation for vomiting any loss of consciousness.Kindly show him to neurologist/family physician for clinical examination He require CT scan brain with bone window to rule out any impact of accident. He require Naprosyn 250mg as per his body weight .EEG also to be to rule out subclinical seizure and treatment planned accordingly
