Suffering From Constipation. What Treatment Should Be Done?

Hi, my stool come out, but with difficulty... also, it recently, like 2 months ago when started, in addition to coming out with alot of pressure, have left overs inside...like tiny pit that i really squeeze hard trying to get out...what is wrong? No blood , no pain... only like my stool is harder and like my anus is tighter with left overs....help me plz

HI,
Looks like you are suffering from constipation.
Increase your water and dietary fibre intake.
Can take isapgula husk 2 tsp at night.
Do not strain.
Can get stool occult blood one a day for 3 days if positive then get opined by a doctor.
