Suffering From Anal Itching, Detected With Cysts Of Entamoeba Hystolytica. Permanent Solution ?

hi i am a female 41 yrs sufffering from anal itching since 7 months i was given worms medicine and was ok but the itching continued , i just did my stool test and was detected with cysts of entamoeba histolytica why is my anal itching is it because of this ? i have been treated for worms before , what do i do now ? is it a contagious disease ,i feel fatigue and gas in my stomach for no reason i eat well balanced diet please advise

Worm treatment is different from treatment of protozoal infection like entameba histolytica. It requires a anti amoebicidal agent like Metronidazole.
Your other complaint are due to the infection. Anal itching is likely to be due to mucous.
