Suffering From Acute Rhinosinusitis. Taken Antibiotics, Temporary Relief. Prescribed Glemont F. Advice?
I am suffering from acute rhinusinusitis and had undergone FESS two years back. I hva taken antibiotics also but it gives only temporary relief Nasal spry also not working for long time. I have to irritate my nose for clearing and there is no sneezing naturally. My docto has now prescribed Glemont F for ten days . Please advise me

the rhinosnusitis is allergy problem and they recur after fess as fess is surgery to clear the mucus and mucosa of the sinuses and as it comewith contact with allergen it recur again
antibiotic is no answer
use ani allergics tab syp for controling sneezing stuffiness of nose
for local application you can appl neomycin h ointment in nose bd and sea water dros 2 drops bd in nose to liquify mucus and clear the ways
need to go for allergy tests and immunotherapy for cure and it can be done by allergy specialist doctor
