Hello.PTSD is a complex psychiatric pathology that requires treatment and control by a psychiatrist and psychologist.¿Is your father taking medication?.
It is advisable that your father is taking an antidepressant(for example paroxetine or escitalopram), and an anxiolytic drug (for example alprazolam).
With drug treatment and the help of the psychologist, your symtoms will improve.I wish you good health.
