Does Depression And Anxiety Causes Blurred Vision?

I started effexor Xr 37.5 three weeks ago. I suffer from panic disorder, SAD, PTSD, severe anxiety. Now I feel calmer but much sadder and listless. I really do not feel like doing anything. I have had blurred vision and my eyes hurt. I feel less anxious, but more depressed. Is this normal? Have also tried Prozac and Viibryd and neither helped. Do you have any suggestions that do not cause weight gain or severe constipation? I am at my wits end. Please help. Thanks

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I can understand your emotions. Please understand that anxiety disorder can produce so many weird body symptoms which medical science may not be able to explain. These symptoms tend to be obsessive because the patient is always anxious and thinks about them. Your blurred vision could also be a symptom out of obsessive thinking.

Please do not worry much about your anxiety and its treatment. Please consult a psychologist to learn anxiety management techniques such as psychotherapy and meditation.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
