Suffered From Pleurisy In Chest, Weakness During Sex. Used Omnacortil. Is It A Side Effect?

sir I used omnacortil 10mg tab for one month. 3tab in morning for one week, 2tab for one week, 1 tab for one week, 1/2 tab for one week...... I suffered plurosys in chest about 6 years ago....... after taking that medicine I feel very weekness in my sex drive..... Is it side effect of that medicine??? No, Your symptoms are not due to omnacortil. It is a prednisolone containing medication, reduced sex drive not a known side effect of this medication.

There are many reasons for reduced libido. Consult a general physician and get physical examination done and few test like blood test for Hb, sugar levels and thyroid levels done. These abnormalities are easily treatable. Many a time psychological problems like stress, depression ...may result in these problem. for these conditions you may need counseling from specialists.
