Suffer Sharp Pains In Stomach. Feeling Sick. Cause?
Hi. I am a 28 ur old female and I recently ate some trail mix that had peanuts, cashews, almonds, raisins and cranberries in it. Shortly after eating it I started getting really sharp pains in my stomach that would make me sick. This has never happened before. Just curious about what this could be and why it is doing it.

The stomach pain looks like gastritis because of consuming excessive amounts of trail mix.
Another possibility could be some food allergy to the components of the mix which may present as stomach cramps.
