Suffer from constipation. Need cure

Hi, I usually have a regular time to pass motion, which is in the morning about half an hour after breakfast (weekdays). Usually it ll start with the feeling of having to go to toilet. For the past 2-3 days, I don t feel like I need to go. However, I ve tried and managed to get something out. Is there any cause for concern in the change of pattern?

It is too early to get concerned about your complaint as it is of a few days duration. there are many causes for the constipation , which may get corrected automatically. For the time being relief, you can try LACTULOSE Solution (3.35 gms/5ml strength) marketted as DUPHALAC. 30ml taken at bed time will see the Easy result in about 8 hours. Take plenty of water and add enough roughage in diet to avoid constipatio. You can go in for Investigations if the constipation persists even after few days of inerrupted treatment.
