Suffer From Acidity. Have A Family History Of Gastric Problems. Headache And Vomiting. Precautions To Be Taken?

I am 47 years old man.I have received acidity in heredity.My father is also suffering from acidity.My one brother & two sisters have also acidity problem.I am suffering from acidity related problem like gas,headache and vomiting. I can't sleep for two or three days due to heavy headache at night.My mouth became test less next day after acidity Please suggest me what i have to eat or not eat and what precaution i have to take.

Hi! Thanks for calling on HCM. Your problem of acidity can be tackled at home front . You start having small meals at short intervals. Do not go for heavy meal. Avoid Spicy foods, Oily/fried foods, Tea, Alcohol and avoid being on empty stomach for more than two hours.You can try Rabiprazole/Pantoprazole along with Domperidone Combination prescribed by your GP. You should feel comfortable.
