Radiologist 's  Response
Hello Ravi ,
The symptoms you have can be caused due to nerve compression also known as a pinched nerve in the neck . This can be investigated with an X ray of your neck and shoulder and a MRI Of the neck if your doctor feels it is required after seeing the X rays . Physiotherapy and pain medications do help provide relief from this .
I wish you all the best .
Regards .
