Sudden Diarrhea, Gas, Mild Stomach Ache With Butterfly Feeling. History Of Mild Headache. Any Connection?

This morning I had this sudden problem of water motions , gas and after passage of that a mild stomach ache . Also stomach seems to be quite irritated , with random butterfly like semblance in different parts . What could have caused this ? And what can I do to cure this instantly ? Also I had a mild headache the previous day, could that be related to this? .
