Stomach pain, tenderness on touching, bloating. Due to fluid production or pulled muscle?
my stomach has been hurting for a couple days, but not like a stomach ache. tender to the touch, or if I move a certain way....don t know if if pulled a muscle, or if someting more serious. it is in the upper part of my stomach right in the middle. My stomach also seems to be bloated or enlarged a bit...Is it possible my body is producing fluid, and if so, why?
