Stomach Pain, Sweating, Passing Blood Clots During Bowel Movements. Suggestions?

hi , early this morning i got stomach pains like i had to go to the bathroom, i started sweating and felt alot of pain in my upper and lower stomach. after about 30 mins i went but there was blood in my stool . I still am getting pain in my stomach not as bad as the orginal pain but i am now only passing blood . The blood is kind of clotty. What should i do?

Dear lusifigo, what should you do? First, if you start to vomit blood, if you feel such a lot and sudden pain continously or you feel dizziness go to hospital immediately!! These could be symptoms of upper gastrointestinal bleeding!

Now, if you feel better, come down,you dont need to hurry. You should know that these symptoms should be evaluated to rule out some serious disorders.
First u should do gastroscopy, stomach biopsy and Helicobacter pylori eradication.
Second, you should do colonoscopy to see the source of bleeding. The most common causes are hemoroids,anal fissures and angiodysplasia, but polyps and tumors can also be found.
