Stomach pain, loose stools, watery, rumbling stomach. What is wrong?

ok so I have been having stomach pains recently like indigestion, for the last 36 hours. My stools are not solid and at first was extremely watery. No black in it. I ate some buffalo chicken strips with sweet potatoes fries, at a movie theater, after eating this it started. I am so ready for this to pass, tons of stomach rumbling, and I am on the toilet of and on all day.

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Stomach pain, watery stool and indigestion suggest acute gastroenteritis. It can be due to virus,bacteria/food poisoning. This usually results in your stomach and intestines becoming inflamed and causing discomfort.
The main aim of treatment is to keep you fully hydrated in order to avoid complications.Drink extra fluids with and between meals. Oral Hydration solution is available over the counter.
Avoid fruit juices,
Eat food in small amounts and let your stomach recover.
Get lots of rest.
If symptoms persist then visit your doctor and get your stool sample for analysis. Antibiotic may be prescribed.
Hope it helps.
Take Care!
