Stomach Pain Followed By Diarrhea After Eating, Stabbing Pain Between Shoulder Blades Upto Jaw. Better With Antacids. Advice
I have three main concerns
I have stomach pain followed by diarrhoea, about 10 minutes after eating in the morning. This is only occasionally
I have pain in the upper stomach after eating, I have noticed spicy foods, but not always
Without warning any time of the night or day I get stabbing pain what feels like between my shoulder blades radiating up to my jaw, I can relieve this with antacids. The other two pains I cannot deal with I just have to wait till its over.

hi.. thanks for using HCM..
you are having abdominal pain followed by diarrhea is suggestive of colitis.. could be due to shigella/amoebiasis..
you need to antibiotics for 5 days, with probiotics and ORS..
you also complain of pain after eating food, especially spicy food indicates acid peptic disease.. take antacids like proton pump inhibitors, and change the life style with less spicy food, stop alcohol/tobacco..
