Stomach Pain Causing Frequent Bowels And Swollen Shriveled Testicles

my boyfriend is complaining of stomach pain which has been going on for about 24 hours causing frequent bowel movements. he had a random bloody nose for the first time last night while feeling pain. he has noticed that his testicles seemed shrivled as well but he does not believe they are swollen.

Hi,

Noted the history about your boyfriend.
Frequent bowel movements along with pain in abdomen can be due to entero-colitis.
Ask him to send the stool and blood sample for lab tests and get a consultation of his Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination, correlation with reports and get prescription based management.
To take plenty of oral fluids, antispasmodic for pain in abdomen.
He can also show the nose and scrotum and get further Specialist's advise if necessary to know the cause and get treated accordingly.
Till then ask him to instill decongestant nasal drops.
Plenty of fluids orally.
Take rest.
