Stomach Pain, Blood In Stool And Missing Periods. What Could This Be?

I have recently discovered that I've had blood in my stools. The blood fills the toilet also. And sometimes my stomach has sharp pains before I go to the bathroom. Also, I haven't had a period in 2-3 months. Although that's not really abnormal for me because I've always had irregular periods. But I didn't know if that could have something to do with it. I really want to know what's wrong with me though because I'm afraid the bloody stools could mean something serious. Thanks

I understand your concern, and let me tell you that, the blood stain stool and the missing period has nothing to do with each other, if you have blood stain stool then it is indication of some intestinal infection this could be a reason can be made here and it need to be treated accordingly, If I would be your doctor then I would certainly put you on "secnidazole " the single dose of 2 g would give very good result and if it would fail to respond then I may go for further investigation to look for differential diagnosis, but I am sure for cure with the secnidazole have nice day.
