Stomach Pain, Blackout, Nausea, Vomiting. What Is Wrong?

i was at work and i had a little blank out for about 2 secounds.....after that my stomach got a little pain in it......and it keep feeling like i had to throw up......and for short periods of times stuff stank to me......about an hour after all this i went home and layed down.....and end up throwing up what i had at for breakfeast that morning........i layed back down about 2 to 3 hours and tried eating something and about 20 minutes after i ate it i throw it back up.....do anyone know what wrong with me

thanks for using HCM,
If this is first time you need not have to worry, could be due to indigestion or early symptoms of gastrities. avoid spicy food and have plenty of fluids for few days, try to take food in regular timings, you can take tab. pantoprazole 40mg for 5 days once a day to reduce acid secrection with metoclopromide or domperidone two times a day for 2 days to reduce vomiting.. it will help to control your symptoms. If you have other symptoms like fever, pain abdomen spasmodic or diarrhoea then kindly consult your doctor. have a good health.
