Hi, Welcome to HCM.

There are many who are facing this condition. This situation can be because your body is not able to digest few foods. Most of the times it may be due to intake of dairy products or fatty foods. Try avoiding these foods to check if you feel better. Include a lot of water and try to involve in some physical activity. In adverse cases, it might be sarcoidosis. Hence you need to visit and doc and get treatment as this might have bad effects after a long period.

Good Luck!!!
