Stomach Fullness, Nausea, Chest And Lower Back Pain, Constipation. Cure?

I ate last night, and woke up this morning feeling full from last night and like I had to throw up, I had stomach pain and chest pain it has lasted all through the day, I still feel full and two areas on my lower back that run into my sides hurt really bad. As bad as I feel like I m going throw up it just won t come out, and I had one small bowel movement

Hi there,

Thanks for your query.

It appears that you had either, a mild food poisoning; or, ingested some food which caused acute transient acidity. A heavy binge of alcohol also produces similar symptoms.

Take anti-nausea drug, such as Domperidone thrice daily only for 3-5 days; proton Pump Inhibitors, such as Omeprazole twice daily for a week. A course of amebicides, such as tinidazole may be taken twice a day for 5 days, in case you had ensuing diarrhea after posting your query. Take plenty of water.
