hi, so last night and this morning i have been having what i believe to be menstrual cramps . I have been on the pill for almost a month now and just started the placebo pills two days ago. I began my period the day after the first placebo pill. Last night and this morning my cramps have gotten worse and i have back pain and nausea . i have also been extremely gassy and every time i use the bathroom i can t make a BM but rather just fart and smelly brown/reddish color mucus comes out. what is wrong ?!
