Stomach Bloating For Months, Lower Back Pain, Acidity, Feeling Full After Drinking Little Water. Any Ideas?

ok im a 34 yr female that has been have extremly bad stomach bloating for months now my stomach will swell and be rock hard i have lower back pain as well and i feel full after drinking a little bit of water. i have times when i get what i call gas pains that set under the breast bone and feels like it is spamsing which least 20 to 40 mins and undermy breast bone and over to the left side has been really sore for months what could this be

i think you might be suffering from gastritis,causing bloating and fullness.
the pain under the chest is due to gas filled in the stomach pushing the diaphragm up.
consult your gastroenterologist .
